Scope

In delivering our services, Anora Health may collect protected health information (PHI) as defined by HIPAA when acting as a business associate to your healthcare provider. This Policy does not apply to PHI. For details about how your PHI is managed, please refer to the Notice of Privacy Practices from your healthcare provider.

Consumer Health Data We Collect

"Consumer health data" refers to personal information that identifies your past, present, or future physical or mental health status. Anora Health collects consumer health data from the following sources:
