Accommodation documentation is a formal letter prepared by a licensed clinician that confirms a patient's diagnosis and explains the specific accommodation needed to support that patient at work, in school, or during a standardized test.
The letter is written to meet the standards typically required by employers, schools, universities, and testing organizations. It includes the clinician's professional license information, contact details, and a clear description of the recommended accommodation.
At Anora, this documentation is available only to patients who have already completed a full evaluation and received a diagnosis through our platform, since a complete clinical picture is required before a clinician can responsibly recommend an accommodation.

Receive your letter
Once approved, your letter is delivered within 72 hours through your patient portal.
Our team can also help complete any additional forms your employer, school, or testing organization requires as part of the accommodation request.

Accommodation documentation is available only to patients who have completed a full evaluation and received a diagnosis through Anora. This service is not available to new patients or as a same day request, since a complete clinical evaluation is required first.
